Destination Cleveland Elects New Members to Board of Directors
CLEVELAND, OHIO (March 12, 2019) – Destination Cleveland, Cleveland’s destination marketing and management organization, announced the addition of eight new members to its board of directors. The list of new board members includes Michael Jeans, President and CEO of Growth Opps. The new directors will serve three-year terms and provide help regarding overall direction and strategy for the organization.
Michael joins seven other new Destination Cleveland board members. As a native Clevelander, he brings his knowledge of the unique assets possessed by Cleveland. This is mixed with a strong business acumen to ensure Destination Cleveland will continue to attract visitors and shine a positive light on Cleveland. Michael also serves on the board of directors for organizations such as College Now, Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Cleveland State University Foundation, Cleveland State University Visiting Committee: Maxine Levin College of Urban Affairs, Karamu House, Taylor Oswald Insurance, and Westfield Bank.
